Express Yourself with the Quirky Citizens of CITY
Row by Row Guide to This Chaotic Masterpiece
The first row kicks off with warm Japanese greetings. Midori cheerfully shouts Hayosu (Good morning), followed by skipping friends yelling Konnichiwa (Hello!), a blue-haired girl saying Konbanwa (Good evening), and a hatted girl expressing Arigatou gozaimasu (Thank you very much!). The second row covers social interactions, showing two girls bowing with Yoroshiku (Nice to meet you), a dramatic deep apology bow with Sumimasen deshita (I am so sorry), and two explosive celebrations shouting YES!
Row three brings comedy with a gloomy rainy bus stop scene, a passionate boy yelling Hai (Yes!), a girl powering through with Yoisho (Heave-ho!), and a dramatic warning stating Jinsei no sentaku desu (It is a choice of life). In row four, Midori praises you with Jouzu (Well done!), a student acts out William Tell, a red-haired girl glows like an angel, and another blows a giant sleeping bubble marked Suppi.
Row five features a staircase chase, Midori yelling Suteki ja nee ka (Isn’t it awesome!), a shocked frozen girl, and a yellow doll promising Anata no onegai kanaechau (I will grant your wish). Row six serves up food and drama, with a blushing girl, an intense cry of Omae wa pyua ka (Are you pure?!), a cheese-filled bite, and a culinary confrontation labeled Seiron (Sound argument).
Row seven shows a shocked boy yelling Maji suka (Seriously?!), a double win celebration, a blonde girl waiting by the window with Mattemasu (I’m waiting), and a sweating boy saying Hiyase ga mawaridasu (Cold sweat is running). Row eight features a confident shout of Taishou (Boss!), a skeptical glare, a crying phone call, and an angry huffing girl labeled Punpun.
Row nine goes wonderfully weird with a blushing face saying N (Huh?), a long-nosed white creature, a running rabbit dog, and an official award hand-off saying Hyoushou shimasu (I award you). Finally, row ten closes with a departing bird saying Ittekimasu (I’m off!), cozy pink creatures under the moon, a shocked spike-haired boy, and two startled mascot characters.
