Meet the Cast with a Regional Twist
Instead of their usual grim and intense battlefield dialogue, Eren, Levi, and the rest of the crew are speaking in the colorful Kansai dialect. It is a warm, expressive regional accent from the Osaka region of Japan, famous for its use in stand-up comedy.
Row One: Attitude and Sass
The top row kicks off with a flustered Armin. He is blushing furiously and waving his hand defensively, paired with the red text OKやで！ (OK ya de!), which translates to a cheerful, slangy It is OK! next to dramatic action lines.
Beside him, Mikasa holds a rope with a serious, intense stare. Her text reads ええかげんにしいや (Ee kagen ni shii ya), which means Cut it out or Enough already, perfectly capturing her no-nonsense attitude in a localized way.
Next up is the stoic Annie looking downwards with a cold, unimpressed gaze. The green text says 殺生やわ (Sesshou ya wa), translating to That is harsh or How cruel, highlighting her cynical charm.
Closing out the top row, we find humanity’s strongest soldier, Levi, wearing his iconic cleaning bandana and mask. Looking completely exhausted and disappointed, his sticker says 全然あかん (Zenzen akan), which means No good at all or Totally useless.
Row Two: Tears, Sparkles, and Confusion
The second row starts with a classic, shadow-faced, crying Eren. His dramatic sticker is captioned 駆逐したる (Kuchiku shitaru), which is the Kansai version of his famous catchphrase, meaning I will exterminate them!
Next is a surprisingly fabulous Levi. Framed by a pink, sparkly background, he looks coolly to the side with the text ええやん (Ee yan), translating to Nice! or Looks good!
Then we have a thoroughly bewildered Eren, looking totally dumbfounded. His blue-tinted sticker screams なんでやねん (Nande ya nen), the ultimate Kansai comedy phrase meaning Why is that? or You have got to be kidding!
Finally, the eccentric researcher Hange is shown sweating nervously with a hand to her chin. Pink sparkles surround her as she asks ええの？ (Ee no?), meaning Is it okay? or Are you sure?
